Friends of Amma
Friends of Amma is the official charitable organisation set up by Amma in 1996. It is a registered charity in Great Britain, and its registration number is 1056505.
Friends of Amma's aims are:
- To advance the education and understanding of the public, without distinction of race, belief or culture in religious and philosophical principles, with particular reference to
Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi also known as Amma.
- To promote and support the charitable functions for the
Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi Math, situated in Kerala, India, and to be its official branch in Britain.
